EVOLUTION OF CARBON FIBRE

Thermal Technology® was born in 2001 and began using carbon as a resistive element. After various tests and studies, Thermal Technology® decided to test the effectiveness of carbon as a heating element. In 2003, the first line of thermal blankets to heat the tyres of racing cars was produced.

Today Thermal Technology® is a partner of important teams in the MotoGP and SBK circuit. The MotoGP championship is a highly competitive and demanding sport, which allowed us to create a thermal blanket for technically advanced motorcycle tyres capable of meeting the highest performance and safety standards.
In 2004 Thermal Technology® became a major supplier for an important Formula 1 team.

In 2005 Thermal Technology® applied the patented carbon fibre heating technology to the household and industrial sectors. Application in these sectors has allowed consolidating the functionality, thermal performance and energy consumption of the various heating systems created. The control systems developed, the experience in technologically advanced and demanding sectors have led to the creation of a line of electric designer radiators with heating elements in low-consumption carbon fibre.
In 2006, the entire range of Thermal Technology® products was launched on the Italian market, receiving great interest for their energy efficiency, eco-friendly design, ease of application and high innovation. Over the years, the interest has expanded to the international market.

The experience gained has made it possible for Thermal Technology® to create and offer innovative and effective products focusing on “smart consumption” and on the benefits that Genius Carbon® technology can bring to addressing today’s environmental needs. We want to reach out to consumers who are sensitive to environmental issues and the ecological challenges of the future, and who are looking for innovative solutions aimed at reducing environmental impact.
